Alice was a great agent

A friend of my husbands told us Alice was a great agent.. Also a girlfriend in her neighborhood & also worked in the mortgage business also said Alice was really good. Alice Hodach did a great job. She kept us informed, stayed on top of everything. She was knowledgeable on everything we wanted to know. The house was listed on Thursday evening & we had a contract by the following Monday.
Like I said we both (my husband & myself ) Alice went above & beyond. We feel she couldn’t have done anymore. Alice did an excellent job. We moved to Tennessee while the sell was being handled. Like I said the listing went on Thursday evening, Friday we she had 5 showings & a contract by Monday. The closing took longer but that had nothing to do with Alice’s performance. We had an air conditioner problem that had to be repaired. And the parts that were needed were slowed down because of the virus. Alice handled everything great.
